Olha Khabatiuk, a graduate of the Faculty of Thermal and Energy Engineering at the National Technical University of Ukraine, holds a bachelor's degree in Energy Engineering (1998) and a master's degree in Thermal Physics (2000). From 2002 to 2011, she developed technical documentation for Ukrainian nuclear power plants, including safety analyses. Since 2012, she has contributed to the Ukrainian National Greenhouse Gas Inventory Report and worked on emissions modelling for the UNDP Low Carbon Growth Project. She has been with SEVEn since 2022, where she has been involved in international projects such as BungEES, BUILD UP SKILLS 2030 (Double-Decker), SRI Enact and EPREL Services that support energy efficiency and climate protection policies. She is also involved in knowledge exchange on energy efficiency between Ukraine and the EU, especially in the field of heat pumps, energy labelling of appliances and building transformation. In 2023 she completed the UN CC course "Introduction to Green Economy" and in 2024 she qualified as a specialised manager for sustainability in the energy industry organised by the Green Business Academy.
