Juraj Krivošík (1975) graduated from the Faculty of Commerce at the University of Economics in Bratislava and the Energy Studies programme at the University of Sheffield in the UK. He has participated in educational programs in the USA, Norway and Slovakia. He has been with SEVEn since 2000, and since 2008 has served as the Company’s director. He is the coordinator and partner of a number of international projects dealing with energy labelling of products in terms of market surveillance mechanisms, the identification and promotion of energy-efficient models and the international exchange of experience in applying legislation on energy labelling. He is involved in projects in the field of energy efficient lighting, product testing for energy consumption, energy labelling inspection at sales points, promoting energy-efficient products, etc. He coordinates and participates in projects organised in a number of countries from the EU, Eastern and Central Europe. The author of many articles and publications, he has lectured in many countries on the theme of implementing legislation, market surveillance and consumer education in the area of energy labelling and the efficient use of energy.
